Raqeem AI ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Raqeem AI platform and this landing page at raqeem.ai. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our services or join our waitlist. We are committed to compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and applicable data protection regulations.

We collect the following types of information:

• Waitlist information: When you join our waitlist, we collect your name, email address, and the number of invoices you process monthly.
• Usage data: Anonymized page visit data collected via Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our site. No personal identifiers are linked to this data.
• Invoice data (platform users only): When you use the Raqeem platform, we process invoice files you upload. These files are processed to extract structured data and are handled with strict confidentiality.

We use collected information to:

• Notify you when Raqeem AI is available (waitlist communications)
• Improve our product and user experience
• Comply with legal obligations
• Communicate updates relevant to your account

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Waitlist data is collected via Tally and stored in accordance with their privacy policy at tally.so/privacy.

Waitlist data is retained until you request deletion or until 12 months after Raqeem AI's public launch. Invoice processing data (for platform users) is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days, unless legally required to retain longer.

Under Saudi PDPL and applicable regulations, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing

We use Vercel Analytics which collects anonymized, aggregated usage data without using cookies or tracking personal identifiers. No cookie consent banner is required for this type of analytics.
