2. Description of Service

Raqeem AI provides an AI-powered invoice processing platform that extracts, validates, and exports structured data from invoice documents. The Service is currently in early access and features may change without prior notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload invoices or documents you do not have the legal right to process
  • Use the Service to process fraudulent, forged, or illegal documents
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the AI extraction systems
  • Share access credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable Saudi Arabian law or international regulations

4. Data & Confidentiality

Invoice documents you upload are processed solely to provide the Service. We do not use your invoice data to train AI models without explicit consent. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Accuracy Disclaimer

Raqeem AI uses advanced AI to extract invoice data. While we achieve high accuracy rates, AI extraction is not guaranteed to be 100% error-free. You are responsible for verifying extracted data before using it for financial, tax, or regulatory purposes. Raqeem AI is not liable for decisions made based on extracted data.

6. ROI Estimates

Any time-savings or cost-savings figures presented on our website or within the Service are estimates based on industry benchmarks and general assumptions. Actual results will vary based on your specific usage, invoice complexity, and team workflows. These figures are provided for illustrative purposes only.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, AI models, brand assets, and content on the Raqeem AI platform are the intellectual property of Raqeem AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service during your subscription period. You retain ownership of the invoice documents you upload.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raqeem AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from data extraction errors or service interruptions.

9. Modifications to Service & Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
